SAA is pathetic

I booked two tickets from SAA online booking, 1 hour later I found I made a mistake with the last name and surname. Then I called SAA they told me that they can cancel it and refund me with a deduction of R285 for administration fee and I have to make a new reservation on the same day and the same route. How easy is that to switch the names around, and what a rip-off by charging costumers for R285 for admin fees. All they're saying is it's the policy, this is so ridiculous! All these happened within 2 hours, I cannot believe SAA playing in this way. No one is even trying to help
Should never fly with SAA, and I called them again trying to cancelled the reservations, they said they only refund 50% if I'm not flying with them. Again the policy, they also said I should read terms and conditions on their online booking.
SAA is so pathetic and ridiculous!!! Hope SAA managements aware of what they're doing.
