Worst possible service!!

Requested a quote which was received 26 hours later. The price advertised is R550 per person including a game drive. According to the quote we are charged R600 per person and the game drive is R120 per person extra. Only allowed to check in at 15h00. When asked why the price difference and what time we must check out, a reply was received 29 hours later after another enquiry was sent through. The response: sorry the lodge is now fully booked!!
