Game Price Beat Guarantee Not Honoured

Hi

I received a quote from a nationwide well-known retailer for a fridge but need the fridge quicker than they can deliver it so I went to Game as they can deliver quicker (I called in advance and enquired about the delivery time-line). I went there with the quote, which did not contravene the 4 conditions on the Game website for a price beat and I was told that they cannot beat the price. I was also told they would double check and come back to me the next day which did not happen until I called them.

I think this is going against their own policy and should rightly be rectified, as we cannot trust a retailer that cannot keep their own promises.
