On 19/11/2013 my mum was booked on on the 7am bus from Midrand Star Stop to Durban. When the bus did not arrive by 7:45 I tried calling their Jhb branch only to find out the number does not exist anymore. I checked their website to find the same number. On calling 1023 they give you the same number that does work so I requested the Durban branch number. On calling the Durban number I was given a new number for Johannesburg. When I finally got through to the Johannesburg branch I was informed there was a 1 hour delay at depot but no one knew why. She was going to call me back to let me know when we could expect the bus but too date I did not receive a call back. In the meantime I called the Pretoria branch only to get someone who sleep like they where still asleep on the phone. She informed me that the bus at 8:05 was only filling diesel in Centurion. This is the bus that was supposed to be in Midrand a 7. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they only come in at 9 so I left my details for a second time and have had no responses yet.
