Cannot find the right department as NO CONTACT Nos

I have being trying to track a parcel of mine that was shipped through DHL with no success.

I have called 086 034 only to be told to call 011 928 whereby I was informed that I should actually be calling 011 961 .

There is not a contact number for the Durban depot (where my parcel is currently waiting for delivery).

I just seem to be shoved from pillar to post with no one seeming to know anything.

THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC WITH PATHETIC SWITCHBOARD OPERATORS!!!
