Cafe Sofia
Waited 1 hour for food which never arrived

I took my Family for Breakfast at Cafe Sofia on the morning of the 17th Of February 2013, placed our order with the waitress who did her very best and gave us good service, the drinks arrived reasonably quickly however we ended up waiting for an hour for the food which never did arrive, even though we complained to the manager on duty who promised 5 min, after 15min we eventually gave up. Whilst we waited for our food tables around us that arrived after us were served their food promptly. A real pity as the venue is superb, the menu appetizing but completely spoilt by very poor service, we will not be going back!!
