No concept of "FRAGILE PARCELS"!

In July this year while flying from King Shaka to Lanseria I handed in a parcel to the fragile counter. Upon arriving at Lanseria and awaiting the parcel, the baggage handler had accidentally dropped my parcel right at my feet and unfortunately damaged my goods. When I did raise the issue, the camera footage was reviewed by Kulula which proved my claim. The baggage department had contacted me and apologized and explained that they outsource the handling of parcels to Coin security. I was asked to provide a cost of the damages, which I did and submitted the relevant forms. I was advised that the payout would occur a month from then on the 16 October 2013. For a month I had patiently waited, and contacted the baggage dept who assured me that all was in order. On the 16th, I received no such payout. I have called the baggage dept and sent numerous emails to Bianca, with no reply or answer.

Months have passed, I have been completely PATIENT and understanding. I have a string of mails which now seems like nothing but empty promises. All I ask for is a reason why the payout has not occurred? Surely this cannot be that difficult!
