I have always supported Kulula, and have always been happy with their service. However, since travelling from King Shaka to Lanseria lastnight, my opinion has now changed. I checked in a parcel which contained a drill sealed in a box. I requested it to be indicated as fragile, and left the item at the oversize baggage counter in King Shaka. Upon arriving at Lanseria and waiting for my package, I watched a gentlemen dropping my parcel from a trolley onto the floor. Upon him picking it up, I asked him to hand it to me. Whilst I do believe this was an accident, it does not change the fact that my drill is now damaged.

I requested a fragile sticker in the beginning so that my parcel may be treated with care.

However, this was not the case. The fact that the parcel was practically dropped right at my feet by the baggage handler makes me feel that this parcel was treated with no care or respect.

I am not satisfied with this service.
