2 flights in one week with a technical problem!!!

On tuesday 4th june the flight SA56 to Accra was delayed by 5 hours - for a technical problem Passengers were left waiting in the plane then moved to another plane. The apologies were very thin, and to top it all, the luggage of passengers to ivory coast were? lledgedly"off loaded in Accra and delivered only 2 days later. No apologies on that, and a bad attitude from the Abidjanairport staff. NOT one SAA member of staff on sight.
and return flight - on Friday 7th June is the same- Technical problem and a 4 hours delay!!
although the lady at SAA office in Abidjan was very nice, the compensation for the luggage is ridiculously low
However the concern is that if they only pick up a technical problem, serious enough to change plane, while the passengers are on board, i wonder what type of checkups are being performed!!! Do they need a disaster before they do something about it?
SAA needs to shape up- next time i come to Ivory coast i will probably come wiht Kenya Airways!!! i wont chance that plane again (the same on the 4th and 7th obviously
and the majority of the passengers expressed the same concern
SAA why do you not go under companies that respond? not concerned enough?
