VERY BAD SERVICE FROM GREYHOUND

We took the Pretoria to Durban via Eastcourt at 11h00 on Sunday 13 Oct 2013. The Pretoria to Swinburne leg was good but arriving to Swinburne the crew has to change but the bus from Durban was not there. Our bus with the cabin crew left Swinburne at 17:30 and after few kilometers driving the bus stopped at the Van reen Caltex garage where the other bus from Durban was waiting. The crew changed the bus but one irritated passenger was banginging the door and managed to get himself out of the bus. The new crew did not count the number of passengers on board. The bus left the Caltex garage and arrived at the Tugela tollgate and the attendant was told by the head office that one passenger was left at a garage. The driver decided to return to fetch the delinquent passenger who was left because of himself. All other passengers have to wait for all the inefficiency and delays. This was a late bus and all other passengers have to get delayed because one individual. This is a VERY POOR SERVICE FROM Greyhoung. This is poorer than other coaches that are always on time. This complaint was wrote on behalf of ALL passengers of the 2515.
