SAA Voyager not responding to query

I have now unsuccessfully tried to get my SAA Voyager ticket finalised with SAA. After numerous attempts with the call centre and multiple promises and commitments that my issue will be dealt with, I still have no feedback and assurance that the issue has been dealt with.
The agents in the call centre are friendly but cannot service my query and needs to be signed off by a manager. Every time I call the manager is not available and then a commitment is made that they are aware of my issue and it will be finalised and the manager (Keith) will call me. IT HAS BEEN a week!!!
The flight is in 1 week 17 Nov and I still NOT have a confirmed ticket in hand - Just seems like there is no commitment - if is issue like this result me in using another airline in the future. It is sad because SAA is our national carrier.
