Failure in Responding to a Booking Request

I booked online for da 18th Oct for accommo which was fully booked. I sent an e-mail the same day asking for accomm from da 22 - 24. I sent a follow up e-mail 3 days later da 21st asking her to give me feedback, she said she can assist from da 24th. I replied da same time asking her to book us from da 29/11 - 1/12. I sent another follow up e-mail on da 29th Oct, 8 days later, she replied saying it's fully booked. For da fact dat I had to remind her of my booking our chosen dates ended up being taken bcoz of her poor service level. I replied on the 30th Oct telling her that I'm going to write a report on Hello Peter and complain about a poor service level & poor turnaround time. She immediately got interested & asked me to give her my contact numbers which I did. She phoned & promised to check for any cancellations & will book us in. Today the 6th Nov I send her another follow up e-mail giving her optional date which is now an inconvenience as we have already planned for da date dat she delayed on. She replied saying my optional date being 06 - 08 Dec is also fully booked. I'm really angry dat she took my initial booking light now there's no space, she has ruined our trip plans.
