I e-mailed Cash Crusaders on Thursday 30th of May 2013. I had some usefull things to sell and asked if Cash Crusaders can come to my house.
Dawie replied on the e-mail and said that they are fully booked on the 30th and in the morning of the 31st. He ased if I will be available during the day of the 31 st May. I responded by saying that I am available and will be waiting for them.
On the 31st at about 12:30 I sent Cash Crusaders a e-mail reminding them about the apointment. At about 16:00 Cash Crusaders had not yet arrived. I phoned them and talked personally to Dawie. He replied that he will phone the guys and will shortly come back to me, either via e-mail or phone me.
It is now 19:30. So far no word from Dawie. Not only have I sacrificed the whole day waiting for Cash Crusaders, but the way I as customer were handled is totally unprofessional. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It is a pitty because I am used to professional service at Cash Crusaders.
