Good day, I think this is really poor service that we as 1st class commuters are receiving on the Northen lines between Strand and Cape Town. There are never any ticket verifiers on the train and for that the 3rd class commuters are over crowding 1st class, which makes no sense paying R300 a month for a ticket but getting poor service like this. Please do someting about this problem.
