Incompetent call centre

When calling to book a trip to Cape Town, the call centre attendant got everything wrong and at the end cost me money. As a vitality member, I chose to use Kulula for the first time as there discounts applicable and thought I would make use of this.
1. Booking of rental car was done first and I had to tell her that the flights needed to be done first
2. Flights booked and when receiving the confirmation on mail, no car rental.
3. Hotel booking could not be made through vitality and I had to book myself. Protea reservations also found this very strange)
4. Had to call back and book the rental car seperately which cost me more, and had the hotel been booked through Kalula, it would have also cost less.
How poor is this service for such a big company who advertises that they are currently the partner of choice?
I will be sending discovery a mail as well to inform them of the poor and incompetent service.
