Good call centre performance

My grandchildren come visit every Xmas holidays, though last year was a fiasco de lux! Then already Jean- Pierre, even very pressurized came through and although a few days later than booked, the kids finally arrived and all was well. He then gave me what I would call "pacifier tickets" for this year, only it was dated for 2012. With him being on leave when I called last week, I couldn't get to make the booking, I had to wait for him to get back, which I did and all was sorted out in no time. I must mention Mpho and Yolandi, they did great as I can get rather upset it I was promised a service and don't get it. I hope that you will be able to help many more travellers this coming season! Well done Juan Pierre, with your good attitude towards customer service you will go places.
