Debit On my account

YM Solutions debited my account as well but i never gave them permission, i then found out that my wife answered the call and thought it would be a good idea to buy a holiday voucher through them and have my account debited for R406.50. I also went to my FNB branch and complained - they logged a complaint with YM Solutions through that Pierre guy you refer to and my refund was done within 48 hours. So im just glad that whoever YM solutions are using to run their debit orders has someone like Pierre that can sort it out because i struggled to get hold of the YM Solutions call centre to lodge my complaint, and when i eventually did get hold of them the process has already started and they already authorized my refund with Pierre. So Pierre thank you for resolving my issue even though we never spoke.
