Amazing service

I had logged a complaint regarding the horrible trip my mom and I experience when we travelled down to CPT from JHB, I was contacted by Juan-Pierre Du Buisson, the customer service manager and assisted with that complaint.
They had been so generous to give me 2 discounted tickets which I was able to use for my mother to travel to Durban over the last week and a half. Juan-Pierre Du Buisson asked that once I book the tickets I should send it to him so he can make all the necessary checks, I must say that working in the customer service industry myself, the way he handle my complaint and further booking is truly exceptional, it has been such a pleasure to deal with him, his kind professional mannerism is truly wonderful and refreshing, making sure everything is correct, even contacting my mom personally to find out how her trip has been.
