My Mom's Terrible Experience Flying Mango Airlines

Reference Number: LBZRQT. Flight JE628, Monday 26th August 2013, Flight JE623, Monday 9th September, I am disgusted at how bad Mango's service really is. I booked these flights for my mother and paid for her to spend time in the Bidvest Lounge before her flights. When she arrived at the one in Cape Town they turned her way - even though I paid for her to be there! They instead treated her like a chancer and she had to fly hungry even tough I arranged for her to relax at the Bidvest Lounge. I called the call centre, they apologised and asked if they could give her credit towards her next flight, I asked for a refund since she won't be using Mango again, They then go and do the same thing on her return flight, denying her access to the BidVest Lounge after I assured her it wont happen again, they actually turn her away from the lounge again! She flies back home without a meal again!! This is why i always booked SAA. I should have paid extra and booked SAA. This Mango Airlines is a mickey mouse business and I will make sure everyone knows about her bad experience flying this fly by night airline which took my money but refused to deliver on what was paid for!! Consumer Protector next!
