I recently had to change a complicated airline reservation as my travel plans had changed. I contacted VAA and spoke to Pauline Melula. What a pleasure to talk to a friendly and ever so helpful member of the VAA team. Within a couple of days my new tickets were emailed too me plus a follow-up to ensure all was in order. GREAT service Pauline and many thanks. I will certainly be using VAA in the future, you knock spots off the other airlines.
