I attempted to make a booking on Mango's website, and the transaction was declined. Called in and received good service from the agent, and the transaction went through. Unfortunately, days later, I received an sms from my bank stating that the initial amount went through (which was declined), together with the latter. Called in to the reversal department and was advised that they have to wait for IT and I would receive feedback within 24-48 hours. Feedback still not recived and I have to make an initiative to get in touch with Marizaan, who, I presume is responsible for this query. Sent her an email this morning, and have received no reply from her... I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET because I need those funds for something else!!!
HELP PLEASE???
