Double billed for booking, bad service

I booked 3 airline tickets on the mango web site on 4 June. I paid by credit card. Approx. 10 minutes after payment I received a second SMS from my bank saying the same amount had been deducted off my credit card. Upon investigation of my bank statement, there are two transactions, one entry with a description [URL Removed] and a second for "MANGO AIRLINES (SOC)..." for the identical amount (R 8652). I spent the next 2 hours trying to reach every number listed on the Mango web site and received either an engaged signal or when phoning the head office, got stuck in the queue. Finally, today (5 June), I managed to speak to several people in the refunds department who were very unsympathetic to the fact that Mango has R8652 of my money. I was told to email my query which "Will be investigated by the i.t. department" I was then told I would have to wait for 7-14 days for a refund as this is the process. Never mind that I am out of pocket due to Mango's error. This is completely unacceptable. I will NEVER recommend this airline to anyone and never again set foot on a Mango plane.
