Called the call centre (25/10/2013) to make payment on my reservation and confirmed R3032 (2 passengers, therefore 2 payments of R1516) would be taken from my account. They took 3 times the R1516 but the forth R1516 was returned due to insufficient funds. I recieved an e-mail almost immediately notifying me that my reservation for one of the passengers would be cancelled at 17h00 when they have taken more than they should on my account. I called the call centre, who spoke to the ticketing office who said they cant see the payment and I should e-mail proof through. Frustrated that I have to send e-mails and cant speak to someone direct and sort out my problem as a matter of urgency. I am travelling today on SAA to Durban from Johannesburg and they have basically wiped my account and have no spending money for my holiday. Would like someone to call me and reassure me that my money will be returned today (25/10/2013) as they had no business taking more than what was authorised. I sent e-mails to [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] and am still waiing for a response. That is why i want to speak to someone, the mails arent working in my favour.
