My Vodacom account is one month in arrears, and I made arrangements for payment on the 25th of February. In the past, even if the account was locked, I was still able to access my mail. Now Vodacom has seen fit to delete my number off their system totally, which means that I cannot access my mails to view past mails, I cannot receive mails, and my account simply does not exist, so if anybody is sending me mails re work, therefore my source of income, it is returned. This is unacceptable. When I speak to Vodacom call-centre consultants, they refuse to allow me to speak to a supervisor, saying this complaint cannot be escalated. This is totally unacceptable.
