Attempting to Collect on a Prescribed Account

On the 11 June 2013 I received an email from Pholosa Credit requesting for payment on a CELLC account which is older than 8 years. I have logged a query with their offices and until today had no feedback. Again I called and was advised that the account was handed over to JM Attorneys. I called their office and was given an email address coll@jm.co, za to log my query (8.07.2013) till today I have no feedback. I spoke to the Team leader Ralph today the 26.07.2013 and was off no use. As per law, this debt has become prescribed!!! I have forwarded JM Attorneys regarding the Prescription Act which they definitely do not seem to be aware of. They asked that if i want this resolved i should mail their query department which i have done twice already on various mails with no response. Seems that when they want your money they quick to act, but when the time comes to resolve and clear a persons record they cannot. I want my record cleared of this account as per the Prescription Act and it must be removed immediately from all credit bureaus and i want the confirmation!
