This morning my car was unavailable and i decided to take a train to get to work. I bought a single ticket to Cape Town, leaving from bellville. A single ticket is a valid for the whole day in one direction as stated in the ticket. I work in century city and I was planning to go later at the garage where my car is from century city to Cape Town.

One of the ticket officer blocked my ticket claiming that it was ''Finished'', I explained to him that this ticket is still valid since the final destination is Cape Town, and he just did not care, being rude.

This is the service you get when you spend more money on metrorail tickets, whose prices keep on increasing! Next time my car brakes down, I'd rather work from home instead of spending my money on such low service delivery and attitude
