Unreasonable conduct by Metrorail Staff at train s

Today Oostersee train station's ticket office was still closed at 6:48, so we took a photo showing the closed ticket office&the time. At Century City's station around 7:03, metrorail staff got on the train&asked for tickets. About 6 people from Oostersee explain that the office was closed&showed them the photo evidence&ticket money on us. Still the staff grabbed us&forcefully dragged&pushed us off the train so that the train could leave without us, even though a staff member stood at the train door with a portable ticket machines in his hands, usually used to buy tickets on the train. At their office we explained everything to the supervisor again, showing them the evidence, but still they didn't care. Some of us tried to take photo's of the staff that handled us, but spotting us, they surrounded us&demanded that we delete all photos&want to take our phones away when we didn't comply immediately. They surrounded us, threatening that they wouldn't let us get on any trains until they had seen all photos deleted. They even demanded that I delete the photo of Oostersee, but I refused. The next train was delayed with half an hour&we all arrived an hour late in Cape Town.
