I had confirmed flights for travel on 16 May 2013 at 06h30, i had printed my confirmation in preparation of my travel date. Upon my arrival at Cape Town Airport on 16 May 2013 for flight to Johannesburg, I was informed that they were unable to check me in (with my travel partner also booked with same confirmation). Apparently "I" had amended my travel date to 16 June 2013, however this was the first I had heard of myself doing such a thing when my flight back was confirmed for 19 May 2013. Point is I had not amended anything on my booking and had received no email of this amendment they said I had done. I tried to get more information on who exactly or what computer changed my booking, as this is. I had given my reference number to no one (not even my travel partner had that details), as I had handled everything myself. Mango are now "throwing their hands in the air" as they told me they cannot assist me with solving this problem. I did end up travelling on 16 May 2013, however i would have liked this resolved as it caused me great inconvenience knowing any person can change my details without my knowledge or consent.
