No resonds to wrong bookings

I had by accedent book the wrong date for a overnight stay and make enqueries to change the date the very next day. The booking was made 2 monthes in advance. When I phoned the place, Travelground told them to leave the booking as is. Thank you Travelground, would have had to sleep in my car with 3 children...
