Disgusting Customer Care, Bad turnaround time

I booked my wife and 2 year old daughter on a morning flight to Harare. the e-ticket specified that the plane will be boarded at terminal B. on the day being a frequent flyer my wife got there on time and was really skeptical about the fact that the ticket said terminal B which from her knowledge is for domestic flights. she then asked one of the staff members and said that she knew that terminal B was for domestic flights to which the SAA consultant said Zimbabwe constitutes domestic as it is around the region. frustrated she joined the queue to speak to inquiries as she had already checked in and bags had been loaded. this queue took 35min for her to speak to the relevant SAA person who then told her that there is an error on the ticket, its supposed to be terminal A. with baby in tow she raced off to terminal A only to find the said plane reversing off the boarding gate. she launched a complaint to which they took 2 hours to resolve and they passed the buck and stated that we had to pay an extra R700 rand to be on the last flight which left at 7pm. she paid the money and asked how this issue is to be resolved to which they said -"you wont win it sisi" how unprofessional is that?
