Accident Waiting to Happen

Noticed the "Putco orange" bus 3228, vehicle registration number HZZ929GP, causing a traffic hazzard. driving next to the bus so much black smoke is put out that I cannot see the car ahead of me of the pavement while driving. Its an accident waiting to happen. If anyone is affected, I have dated photographs available for THIRD PARTY insurance purposes, etc.

Have tried to call the number on the bus, 0860555999 and nobody picks up.

This is one of a number of buses of concern to me which causes an accident risk. I appeal to the public to share your experiences for public record.
