Unable tp cancel this

I joined Flexi club from 2009, and have not benefited at all from them, but have been paying them and they do not want to cancel my contract. They have issued me with summons from that year and promised to take me to court if i dont pay up, yet after settling the bill they continue even after numerous attempets to cancel this. I have yet AGAIN received summons from their lawyrs not knowing why as i have paid them and they continue to demand mere. this is a TOTAL RIPP OFF. How must i cancel this??? and not willing to pay the fee they require because i have never used their services as they always had stories when i wanted to go on holiday. Thinking of repoert this matter to ICASA as this is not fair that yearly one pays and they fail to cancel.
