3 hours delay due to OR Tambo incompetence

Arrived at CT SAA bag drop desk more than hour ahead of boarding; delayed as only 1 desk was functioning. 4 desks at normal check-in, which progressed whilst everyone who had already checked in had to wait. Once in front was informed that the flight is delayed by an hour. No reason given. So many flights delayed = no seating available for hours chaotic boarding. Arrived hour late at ORT. Fuel supply at ORT given as reason for all delays. Baggage then sent to wrong carousel. Redirected to another carousel, all the passengers watched as another flight's baggage pass by for half an hour before the correct baggage appeared. This took an hour. Arriving at long term parking, only 1 ticket machine ''worked''; would not accept credit cards or half the people's bank notes. Security directed people to pay by card at exit gates. This also didn't work, but caused a complete blockage of all exits. Some people also just parked in the exits for spite & security did nothing but laugh at the confusion & say they called a technician. 2 vehicles eventually moved & I managed to exit after more than an hour, scraping my rim to squeeze past parked cars. Never experienced such incompetence in my life!
