I had a booking for my wife and son for the 4th Jan 2013, (booking ref GOTGTS). Due to medical reasons my wife Linda had to fly back a day early so I changed her ticket telephonically and left Jordan's as per the origional booking as my mother and stepbrother were flying on the same flight so he could fly with them. I made it quite clear that it was only Linda's that I was changing and the lady on the phone was happy with this.
When arriving at the airport we were told that Jordan was not booked on the flight and had to purchase another ticket (ref GMUETJ) for R1500.
I have spoken to people on the phone and emailed them numerous times and they just keep telling me it will get sorted out. It has now been 23 days since i logged my first complaint and nothing has happened. It is sad that it has to come to this but i have finally run out of patience wasting my time with these incompetent people over the phone and email.
