On 28/01 i wrote a complaint as no one at Kulula could help resolve a mistake made on their part which ended up costing me R1500. Now 3 months later and so many promises from Kulula to get a supervisor to call me i still wait. It has now become an absolute joke that they cannot sort out a simple mistake they have made, all i hear are excuse after excuse in an attempt to try and delay and avoid resolving the problem. the origional report is below:
"I had a booking for my wife and son for the 4th Jan 2013, (booking ref GOTGTS). Due to medical reasons my wife Linda had to fly back a day early so I changed her ticket telephonically and left Jordan's as per the origional booking as my mother and stepbrother were flying on the same flight so he could fly with them. I made it quite clear that it was only Linda's that I was changing and the lady on the phone was happy with this.
When arriving at the airport we were told that Jordan was not booked on the flight and had to purchase another ticket (ref GMUETJ) for R1500.
I have spoken to people on the phone and emailed them numerous times and they just keep telling me it will get sorted out. It has now been 23 days since i logged...
