Makes no sense

Do a family of 4 travels to JHB, the allowed luggage is 20kgs per person, making my allowed weight 80kgs. In 4 bags.

I decide the trip won't be that long so I take 1 bag for all 4 people. This saves the space of 3 bags add what was established a weight of 57kgs.

So because my bag is 23kgs for all 4 . This us not allowed. I was forced to go but another bag. And transfer 3 Kgs to it.

So in save you 3 bags space and 57 Kgs I have to fork out more money

Or I had the option of being OVERWEIGHT and paying extra. YET again I reiterate I saved 57 Kgs. IT IS PATHETIC, common sense had no domain here, this is clear.
