ANOTHER Horrible experience with Kulula

In their email they say you get one bag of 20kg free (not really free as we pay for the ticket and no one ever travel without clothes etc) but NO WHERE in the email it states that you are not allowed to share your weight in one suitcase. We were 2 people with one bag of 29kg as we travel with an infant and 3 bags of 20kg does not fit into our boot. So we were forced to pay 9kg overweight. What do you think people with 3 or 4 kids do as 6 bags definitly wont fit into a boot. And what if a family has a small car? But this is apparently Kululas lousy way of making money. Their website states that an infant can have a bag of 23kg. So why couldnt we just pay 6kg overweight? This is ridiculous! Then we looked into the pocket of the seat infront of me. It was DIRTY, stuffed with papers. Understandable as we were asked on the 1st flight to help the crew clean as the didnt have the time. The duty manager for Kulula at Lanseria was chatting away when she was supposed to do her job! And other people next to us over weight and not asked to pay in. Anyway another horrible experience 6 o'clock in the morning with in infant thanks to Kulula.
