Reckless and Negligent Driving

I would like to express my disgust @ Putco Bus Services. My brother, aged 15, was hit by a Putco bus on the 01/03/2013 on Louis Botha Ave. His right femur is broken & left gum on top as well as the left cheek bone has been fractured. The company not even the bus driver has contacted my family to find out if my brother is still alive or even tried to find out what the extent of his injuries are. Instead, I had called Putco & was told by Mr. Ngwenya's (Director) PA that he will call me as soon as he is available. The bus driver called me under false pretences acting as if he is from Metro police requesting the case number & the hospital that my brother is at. I asked him to come to my work place as I was not at liberty to discuss it over the phone, I have never heard from them again! Thus I was forced to call Legal Aid to find out what are the procedures to follow with such a case & I was very politely told not call Putco as the bus driver is covered under the Road Accident Fund I should just claim from them. I then approached some Attorneys on my own as I had no other option. They will now be assisting me and my family to try & have this case resolved in the best possible way
