PUTCO buses are a menace on the road!

Some Putco drivers are a menace on our roads! This morning I was waiting for the traffic light to turn green, at the corner of Lewes and Perth roads (on the border between Rossmore and Westdene, opposite the University of Johannesburg, in the Aucklandpark area). A Putco bus, number 6424 (not its registration number) came speeding past from right to left, in the direction of the city, on Perth road, AFTER THE TRAFFIC LIGHT HAD ALREADY TURNED RED! This was around 6h05 this morning, Friday, 2 August 2013.
