Damaged Vehicles on Road

Noticed solid black smoke being pumped out of your buses causing obstruction to drivers. The traffic officer also took note of buses 5313G and 5981G where there were chunks of rubber missing from the tires showing exposed wires deep in the tire. I cant believe these vehicles are road worthy. Please in the interest of the public fix them. The smoke itself not only left a black residue on my car but it appeared like the back of one of the buses above was also covered in residue obstructing the bus drivers vision.

Im shocked and have appealed for the traffic authorities to look into this.
