I have been busy for the last four months via many emails following my international flights via a SAA Partner (Virgin) trying to get answers of my points being entered and that I cannot accurate reconcile the points entered and process on the site that cannot be followed. All I get is the standard (I am sure computer generated) replies and no one seems to care or be interested in me as a customer or resolving the outstanding issue. This seems to be a typical approach of this dysfunctional department. I have even asked various travel agents for advice and they have informed me i must persist and kind of smile by saying welcome to their difficult world of dealing with SAA. It is a disgrace that our national carrier has such a bad attitude re response. I doubt that this note will get a response but I am also hoping the information here will serve as a reference to the public as to the bad service I have had, and maybe they choose other carriers with rewards and don't suffer the same stress time waste and frustration. If SAA was a real private company with this bad approach they would be loosing hundreds of customers. Good luck SAA and Voyage
