Missing Rewards Section

A lot of people have complained about the new FNB web site, but I'm sure that after a couple of months, everyone is able to do their basic transactions.
The one thing that the site is missing (that was available on the old site) is the rewards section.By dropping this from the web site, they've made it impossible to monitor your points and figure out whether you are getting the points due to you.
I've searched the web and found a bunch of references to this issues, but nowhere does FNB provide any answers. I really think is is pathetic. If you drop this kind of functionality from your web site you should have a communication plan in place so that customers can still monitor it.
