This is frustrating. After you guys have received my complaint 2 weeks back, you called me left right and centre. The branch manager from Brits Mall called me to say she will give me feedback week before last on Friday but she did not. One of you guys promised that they will keep me updated on the issue until now no response.
At the same time you sending me those advertising messages about earning points, how am I going to earn points if I don't have the card?
Do you know how annoying it is to get a statement of the things that I have not purchased R6g when I know I owe R570? My humble request, please make sure that your collection agents don't call me requesting me to pay my account. I will pay that account when you have resolved my issue. Why did you promise to call me about the progress of the issue? Perhaps if you can explain that one I will understand. Bad customer service I have received in my entire life. Do I know approach the Ombudsman? Please advice
