Shockingly poor service

On the 1/09/2013 I was supposed to fly from Dbn to lanseria on flight MN540 which was scheduled to leave at 10PM. The first piece of bad service was that the flight was delayed to what was eventually 6 HOURS, with no one so much as bothering to inform us whats going on. Then about half an hour before we were scheduled to leave (around 3AM) they tell us that we could have moved our bookings to the 6AM flight if we wanted. Whats the use of informing us only then. Then as we are about to board we were informed that we will be refunded for our inconvenience and we will be sent a refund code via email. However today (1/10/2013), theres been no word from them and nobody there can help. Its one thing to provide such bad service, its another things to about what you going to do about it.
