Delayed flight and rude staff

Last night, Friday 11/10/2013, on route to Lanseria airport to drop off my sister, who was scheduled to fly to Durban at 9:35, we received a text informing us that the flight had been delayed by an hour at most, so it wasn't too bad. We decided to just check her in. When we checked in, we were informed the flight had been delayed to 11:35. Now 2 hours behind. I was upset however the young lady booking my sister in was very empathetic. Due to my last experience with the airline leaving me in tears, I wanted to know what was going on and what compensation the customer was to be awarded. At the desk I went to, there was a lady and a gentleman. Had the lady been allowed to just finish her conversation with me, I would have left feeling that someone cared that I had been negatively impacted.
The gentleman however, was rude and his comments were highly inappropriate. The tipper was when I was asked why I didn't come back later, "do you have a car that breaks down? " I tried my best to ignore him and provide context to the lady that was trying to diplomatically handle the situation, the irate man decides to in and ask me to stick "to this issue" i just gave up and left upset once more
