A Lady claiming she is from Travel Freedom contacted me on Tuesday 11:20am to inform me that I won free accomodation. She explained that my accomodation was for three to 7 days stay anywhere in the country and a ten thousand rand was on my gift card.
I asked the lady where she got my details and told me that it was from some data base. She asked me for my postal address as sheneeds to mail my gift card. I obliged and gave her my postal address. She then asked me for my banking details as I need to pay a once off fee of R400. I asked her why she needs my backing details and she explained again that it was a once of fee. I tried understanding why she would want my banking details and she said ' AAGGG' then hung up on me.

I am very shocked and suprised that your company hires people that have no telephone etiquete at all. She was very rude and ubrupt. I understand that it is telesales but I am not interested in getting this voucher. your establishment calls people from private numbers and have rude agents.

Please do not call me ever again, and lose my address and telephone numbers.
