Hi, I'm an old client of yours and had a contract with Cell C since around 2005 or 2006. Anyway - I joined your network again this February and you are using my old details. I specifically asked that you bill me on the banking account which I have supplied you. I've called and mailed through with no success. I do not have the time, nor do I want to speak to an agent on the phone - please can you get someone to assist me via email? You've also sent the billing via mail to my old postal address which I've used 5 years ago. And not my current postal address - I'd rather opt for email billing which I asked for as well.
