On 29 January 2014, at 11:52, I get a call from Krishni offering me a week's free holiday, she says I don't have pay a cent, all I have to do is pay is for food and drinks. She wants my postal address to send the card. After giving her my postal address, the she says I have to pay R400.00 for the holiday card. I started asking her questions like is it a timeshare thing, where did she get my details from and why does she need to know if I am working and how many kids I have. If it is a FREE holiday, there is no need for all those details. Thereafter I said I am not comfortable with giving my details over the phone and also that I am not interested. She initially got agitated with my questions then when I said I am not interested, she just cut the call. Call centre's are supposed to have the friendliest of staff so a customer doesn't want a product, they don't want it. They supposed to be courteous and accepting, not rude like Krishni.
