Star Alliance points - 10 months and counting!

I have never in my life encountered service as poor as with SAA Voyager. For a year I've tried to get points added to my SAA profile (32939718) for flights I have made with other Star Alliance Partners. A recap of channels tried:

1. E-mail: [Email Removed] - Just doesn't get responded to. Never.

2. Call centre: Tried twice. Extremely rude call centre agent telling me that they don't monitor the mailbox and that the only way to get my points accumulated is to physically bring the documentation to the Voyager customer service centre. Pathetic.

3. SAA lounge counter. Tried twice. Both weren't familiar with the system, advised to go past the Isando customer service centre.

4. Isando service center: Finally I gave up and decided to drive past to drop off all required documentation. The consultant who was supposed to handle my query was still out for lunch at 2:30. I left the documents at her desk and 2 weeks later nothing yet has been done. For reference, my Singapore airlines flights have been added to my profile within a day.

SAA, I have travelled the world and as a non-South African living in SA I can attest your customer service is the poorest I have ever seen.
