Visited Branch on 3 Occassions for Quote!!

The service at the Flight Centre branch in the N1 City mall in Goodwood, Cape Town is pathetic! I went into the branch on 3 different occasions and was assisted by 3 different consultants on my visits to request a quote for flights and accomodation to New York for 10 days. To date i have not received any calsl or e-mails for said information even though i provided my contact details to all 3 consultants!!

I would not recommend this branch to any prospective traveller!
